Rikuu Nishida gets The Call to The West Coast League!

🚨 Attention Wild Wild West League fans, we have player news for you!! Each season, we bring up players from the Wild Wild West League to the West Cost League to help them pursue their baseball dreams and give them the best opportunities possible. We are pleased to ntroduce the first player of this season coming from the Willamette Wild Bills and moving to the Cowlitz Black Bears, Rikuu Nishida 🐻⚾️!
β€œI started playing baseball at the age 10 - 11. And then I started again 15 in Osaka. I moved to Miyagi, Japan to play baseball for Tohoku High School (Yu Darvish’s high school). I played there for 3 years before moving to Mt. Hood CC in Oregon where I play now.”

β€œ I feel that playing in the West Coast League is helping me get better as a hitter and a fielder because of the good competition I am up against. β€œ
Congrats Rikku 🎈πŸ’₯
